Fascinating article by @Rjaellis in @latimes. @Rjaellis any way to estimate how much loan and PE investment cash passed through to YouTube in the form of ad buys? Former MCN programming exec here, feel free to DM and kudos. https://t.co/SwOahL65jv
Oh wow is that frustrating. I’ll bet you’re already doing this, but I’ve found that providing an AQI monitor and letting people watch the particle count drop helps with adoption. Honestly though I can’t believe someone wants you to come collect the quietest, most effective air cleaner in the world (AFAK)…
@open_erv The idea of a “turbo” max CADR mode is great, and there are plenty of common use cases in which noise falls from the top of user concerns, e.g., on start, crowded rooms, classrooms, improvised isolation or surgical environments, bars and restaurants…)
I’ve found that 3M’s Filtrete filters last much longer than the cheaper brands. I think there are three reasons: closer tolerances, more-structural “chicken wire” throughout the media, as most of all, >2x the media surface area by pleat count (roughly 60 vs. 25 pleats if I recall). 2x the cost but more than twice as durable. Durability measured by time to blow out when forgotten in my home HVAC system.
