What a view on the way home from school after a memorable week . All staff in Team Glemsford have been brilliant but a special mention to Mrs New (employee of the week) and her team for not settling for anything other than the best for years 2 - 5. Happy weekend everyone.
A massive thank you to all pupils, parents and staff for making today such a positive one at Glemsford Primary Academy . Great to see so many smiley faces at the end of the day. Hopefully staff and parents will be able to sleep a bit more tonight!
@CoupalsAcademy@WHPrimary The Glemsford team’s thoughts are with Jim’s family and the Wells Hall community. I’ve known Jim for a long time and he always put the children first. You can’t ask for much more from a teacher. We will do anything we can to help Wells Hall in the upcoming weeks and months.
An interesting bank holiday spent at school . Thanks to all staff for giving their time to look after the children whilst finding time for a surprise social distanced hen party for Miss Kiddy.
A wonderful free information book explaining Covid-19 to young children, illustrated by Gruffalo illustrator Axel Sheffler. Can be read printed out or read digitally:

I think we all need a spot of light relief as we enter the Easter holidays....
So (in words I never thought I would write), may I present to you @GlemsfordSchool Headteacher, Ben Jeffery, ably supported by Samantha, and a spot of @kylieminogue! https://t.co/63a4vUw17l
@kylieminogue I am a headteacher and have made some videos to make people smile at this worrying time . YouTube are blocking it. Any chance you can help ?
