This transaction was done back in November. You have the Receipt, Statement from BDO, And Receipt from @Expedia still No resolution.

The ticket was cancelled since November. The charge did not fall off from your end despite @Expedia cancelling the ticket on time.

@flyPAL you cancelled my flight to Dumaguete this morning and there was no option to book it in the next flight for the day.
Then I found out that people in the morning flight were upgraded to comfort class at no cost, while I paid 325 cad to get to the afternoon flight! Why???
