@JamesShield1 Unless the auditors were already hired weeks ago and are well underway this will delay things by weeks if not more than a month. Audits of this size don’t just happen over a couple of days.
@JaclynMcCosker@Qantas Not just Qantas. I recently cancelled a Fiji airways ticket that I paid more for when buying it on the basis it was a cancellable / refundable ticket. Fiji Airways have now emailed me to tell me it will take 7-8 months to process the refund. Disgrace.
