@chelsearitchiex@TUIUK Hi sophie. Yes we did last year...delayed over 21 hours but they refused to accept responsibility. I took it to the ombudsman eventually and won the case and got ยฃ800 back. Their customer services will keep saying no, but you have to keep fighting and not give up.

So @TUIUKcares@TUIUK it's now 20 days since I was promised a call back from your flight delay team and still nothing. That's 1 day for every hour we were delayed. When can I expect a call as your team promised??
