@anna_rueger @AirCanada Yes it is! Used my Aeroplan to travel business class to London for our wedding. Had to buy new things. That is one thing. But they won’t explain anything other than submit a form and wait. No timeline. Legally they have to reimburse us after the bag is gone 21 days. Disgrace.

@AirCanada Yes. I filed the WebTracer on July 21. Nothing found. I called you Central Baggage Office, waited an hour and was told to fill out ANOTHER web form and then they hung up on me.

Not unique but I am on a bucket list trip to get married. Paid to fly business class. And on a direct flight from YYZ to LHR @AirCanada lost my bag. 7 days without so far. And today is the last possible day for it to help me. This is beyond unacceptable. #companyfail #makethempay
