overall this is a good thread & i agree with the message, however those two things are both very severe & arent comparable in this way. this may be a little semantical but i feel its counter productive to frame these issues as being comparable/ranking one as worse than the other.

@ethnoclasm @sighmonger i think the bit about private schools was to add to the allusion that these people are from the upper middle class and that their former alignment was more of a shallow moral performance than actual beliefs they held, not that private schools are inherently morally reprehensible
