Juan Hoffman is a 21 year old college student—he was selling window cleaning door to door to save money for school.

Patrick McBride is the homeowner—he first picked up the bullet shell casing and took the other man's phone before going back inside.

He didn't call 911—his wife finally did.

Now he has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and currently out on bond.

Incident occurred in a gated community on the north side of Scottsdale, Arizona.

It wasn't even him who made the post.

"I'm a Marine Corps veteran and DHS shows up to my house about some bogus post?" he says.

"This is pretty troubling for the American people."

"There are people getting murdered on the street by ICE agents... why aren't you guys investigating that?"

Agents knocked on his door asking if his screen name is "Yoda Wisdom"—it is not.

The comment they were asking about was "green light his ass" on a post about a supposed ICE agent.
