Location: Northern Cape, South Africa

About the Organization:Our client is a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to providing holistic human development interventions and programs in the Northern Cape region. With a strong commitment to community empowerment and sustainable growth, they are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead their team through a pivotal period of organizational development.

Position: Executive Director (Hybrid Role)

Key Responsibilities:
Advocacy and Public Representation
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
Operational Management
Strategic Leadership and Vision
Organizational Growth and Impact Measurement

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
Proven track record of successful fundraising, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to lead organizational growth and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field .
