@PassportCan Office has locked all out from calling (auto default recording saying all lines are busy). 200x called, same auto recording & no option to get in a call queue. Very unprofessional, submitted app 8 wks ago, not even a courtesy call/email after 2 attempts for status updates.

Unpopular opinion: Penalty kicks are no way determine a winner. When you leave the game to chance & luck after 120 minutes rather than playing until a goal is scored, it will always put an '*' next to the victory. No dog in this fight, the Bahamas weren't in it always, lol.
