Dear @accessbank_help good morning. Please help refund the unsuccessful ATM debit I got. Reversal should have been immediately but 72hrs after, it is still pending. This has caused me alot of discomfort. Please treat as urgent. Thank you.

@accessbank_help But there is no DM option on your profile. Again, I have been fraudulently debited from a POS I obviously didnt use. This is bad. I have never had this kind of experience in my over 15years of banking with Access Bank. Fix it please.

@accessbank_help After I didn't get a quick response, I "travelled" to a bank in town and I filled a form with some part of my atm number, now I am having POS debits I didn't use, obviously a fraud which is likely an inside job as I didn't do any online transactions and my atm card is with me.
