State prosecutor Tommy Adams filed a Motion to Secure Attendance of Out-Of-State Witness with the Dallas County Clerk on Tuesday, July 28.

The prosecution asked a California court to compel hotel security chief Timothy Glen to testify at Yella Beezy capital mur trial, arguing his testimony and hotel records are essential to the case.

Timothy Glen is head of security at the Valorian Hotel.

Yella Beezy arrived in California to record music on November 4 — according to attorney Toby Shook while examining Det. Eric Barnes.
