Happy Monday 🥰 It’s that time of year when our immune system needs a boost! How do you give yours some tlc? Have you tried Rosehip Syrup? #MOTM#Rosehip#ImmuneSystem
Helen Gibson, PHA Ambassador for Mental Health makes her own. 💜
• Collect Rosehips (be mindful to choose the ones that haven’t been sprayed with pesticides/insecticides etc.).
• Place bottles in oven for around five mins to sterilise.
• Roughly chop or blend Rosehips.
• Cover with water, the same amount above where your rosehips are in the pan, bring to the boil, simmer for about 15-20 mins.
• Strain about three times through a muslin cloth – rosehips have fine hairs that may irritate hence the straining. Add honey to taste. Fill sterilised bottle(s).
You can find recipes online with exact measurements if required and using sugar rather than organic wild honey.

And We The People answered the call.

It’s incredible. Just mind blowing, what has been achieved so swiftly. Shows you how INEPT and SELF-SERVING the majority of politicians have been over the years. It’s time for change.
Thank you to everyone involved across the world. YOU are bringing the changes that are needed. You’re amazing.

@CartlandDavid Best thing to happen to me was ‘losing’ my nursing career. Oh, I was broken beyond recognition for a while but now I have risen and am shining my light. Practicing holistically and offering true healing to everyone I meet, most importantly to myself. You will achieve greatness 🙏
