• Regular Season: AR (17-13, 7-seed) vs MSU (16-14, 8-seed)
• Head-to-Head: Arkansas won the series
• SEC Tourney: AR made the Finals; MSU went 1-1

No big surprises here. We wound up debating Mississippi State vs. Arkansas last night and thought the Hogs had a better case, with a head-to-head series win vs. MSU, and an 18-12 Q1 record (compared with MSU's 9-14). But the committee seemed to value RPI more (MSU 12, Ark 21).

@HFAN1313 5 horrible losses is way more detrimental than quality wins. Always has been in this scenario. I get you being mad. I would be too but you should be much more upset that WVU got a host. You beat them in every metric. This happened to us in 2024 with a top 20 rpi but bad losses
