@GetAngus@LoftusSteve He was a flow trader as well, not that you'd know it from the way he talks about himself. I seem to remember FT Alphaville did a whip round of people who worked with him. The conclusion was that he did work on the desk he claimed but was pretty underwhelming otherwise.
@aledeniz Because Starmer and Hermer are the sort of blinkered lawyers who believe that law is some sort of universal constant like gravity. They also made a living rinsing the British government when they were in private practice and old habits die hard.
@RAeSTimR GCAP is too far along for Germany to offer any input in the design and Japanese demands for an accelerated programme are unlikely to allow for any haggling over workshare at this point. Unfortunately, Germany is the biggest loser from FCAS.
@BDSixsmith I think the real subject of your ire is the abyssal reservoir of stupidity that is social media. The neverending desire to adduce profundity to the worst sort of pabulum and then share it relentlessly.
@DanNeidle@scottishbigstu Ah yes, the Cuban economic model. Your lives are miserable, but you have great healthcare so you'll experience the misery for longer.
@Gundermgg I think they were introduced by John Barnard at Ferrari. Literally just fixed connections to the chassis and the flexibility of the material allows for vertical deflection of the wheel.
@jan_murray Sadly it's too easy for celebrities to punch down online and have a horde of their little hangers-on cheer them on. Well done for not letting it get you down.
