@Thekrisjones Kris, were regular preventative physio sessions part of the prep for the race and did you use compression boots at all as part of your recovery between hard sessions?

@Thekrisjones Thanks for the insight Kris, I only wear spikes for races, so very seldom. My son (17), a 1.51 800 athlete however, does most of his sessions in spikes - to my dismay.
