Na prática, estes 30 km/h é só para diminuir a velocidade à qual se está multado. Anteriormente com a margem dos 10% a partir dos 55 km/h já se era elegível para multa. Agora será aos 33 km/h. Que nada mudará, porque a tipologia dos limites de velocidade não faz sentido
