在手机上设置“静态住宅 IP”最全教程（Shadowrocket 版）

——给所有认真做号的人避坑用的。

先说结论：
你的推特账号安全，50% 取决于 IP 质量。

我之前的大号被封，很大概率就是因为：
用了“万人骑”式垃圾节点。
今晚查了一下自己的节点情况，直接吓醒：
风险爆表、用户共享几十万、基本等于裸奔。

然后我立刻去研究、看教程、问 AI、实测……
终于整个流程跑通了，现在把最干的步骤整理给你👇

📌 为什么必须用「静态住宅 IP」？

因为推特非常看重三件事：
1.IP 是否干净
2.IP 是否稳定（不乱跳）
3.IP 是否像真实用户，而不是机场节点

如果你注册号、登录号、切换号
都在同一个“万人骑”共享节点下完成，
恭喜：
系统直接判你为 高风险用户。

静态住宅 IP 的意义就是：
•独享、不共享
•不跳变
•看起来更像真实家庭宽带
•养号无敌稳

延迟高一点没关系，用来养号最安全。

📱手机端（Shadowrocket）设置流程

① 购买一个“静态住宅 IP”

（购买渠道我放在附贴）
买到后你会得到四个信息：
•IP 地址
•端口
•用户名
•密码

② 打开 Shadowrocket → 点击右上角「＋」

协议一般选择 HTTP 或 HTTPS，
然后把刚买到的参数按顺序填进去：
•Host：IP
•Port：端口
•Username：必须填（不填会没流量）
•Password：密码

③ 设置出口流量（非常关键）

在页面下方找到：
“代理通过” → 添加一个机场节点

注意：
你用的节点是哪国无所谓，
因为出口最终会固定到你的静态住宅 IP。

④ 保存 → 连通性测试
•点一下“连通性测试”
•再访问 Google / YouTube 验证下
•能正常打开就说明配置成功

到这里，你的手机已经跑在“住宅 IP”上了。

⚠️ 注意事项（很重要！）

1. 为什么一定要用静态住宅 IP？

因为推特会把共享节点视为：
•机器人
•脚本
•批量注册
•风险用户

尤其是新号，一上来就被封，就是 IP 问题。

2. 静态住宅 IP 延迟普遍偏高

所以只能用来：
•登录
•养号
•平稳使用

不建议用来撸毛、刷流量。

① 风险评分（参考项）

https://ping0点cc/ip/
可看风险等级，但准确性一般。

② 风险评分（推荐）

https://scamalytics点com/ip/
评分越低越好，可信度高。

③ 判断是否为住宅 IP（推荐）

https://ipinfo点io/what-is-my-ip
注册后查看 ASN Type = ISP → 住宅。

④ 再次验证是否为住宅 IP

我发现很多朋友被封号、被 shadowban、被限流，
以为是内容问题，其实根本不是——
是 IP 问题。

如果你想长期做号、稳定运营、避免封禁，
固定、干净的住宅 IP 是起跑线。
