Black businesses need proper management to run efficiently. My team of 4 and I were flying out to a coastal town for work within SA

Instead of using e-hailing when we landed, we chose to hire a local taxi to support a Black-owned business.

We paid more than what most taxis make in a day. But the taxi arrived 30 minutes late, and when it came, the driver already had 3 friends in the car with him imagine.

If this is the standard, how do we expect people to keep supporting Black businesses?
