In this video you see a man that is fighting against Parkinson’s disease. In the video you see the older man doing with involuntary movements and you can also see that there is posture and balance signs.
@docgoble Frontal cortex in this video you see the football player go up to catch the ball but he also knows where he is on the field. So knowing where he is his front cortex starts to signal the rest of the body and process the movement to land the spin to land in bounds.(0:06)
@docgoble Proprioception this helps with the overall thought behind the swing. You can see the way he has to take the shot knowing the shot was knee high when the swing which this allowed the brain to signal the right muscles and technique for the show as well. (0:20-0:30)

@ejuncaj8 Seeing this as a way to improve coordination and even speed in agility in athletes while also being a fun way of being able to do it as well!! Great way of showing a new way to improve your motor control.
