1. Stop eating chicken and eggs ( the chicken feed in recent years is destructive and poisonous โ ๏ธ) it is bad
@Cristiano@selecaoportugal Finally I think you know better about the benefits of fasting especially long time rejuvenating fasting .. it cause old cells to die and new cells to regenerate.. I advise u 18 hours fast daily and maybe 3 days fasting once.
@Cristiano@selecaoportugal 4. Stop eating all what disturbs our stock like all vegetables like leafy ๐ฅฌ and tomatoes, cucumber broccoli etc etc it has fiber that causes inflammation in guts
5. Stop eating beans ! ๐ซ fava , lentils and other beans cause a lot of problems in our stomach

3. Stop eating Diary products ( milk and cream ) it has lactose and casein protein it is for cow children and not for us
