Edwin Arroyo’s third consecutive game with 3+ hits and two XBH. Over that span:
11-for-15
2 doubles
1 triple
3 home runs
1 strikeout
As I was typing this he lined a 106 mph single to LF. He’s hitting .346 with a 1.003 OPS in 183 PAs. #Reds
@Clay_sno Well that was extremely depressing to read! But also very accurate lol. Clay, honest opinion why don’t the Reds develop players better? If Marte was a Dodger or a Brewer, do you think he’d be a much better player?
@RMGBuckeye4Life They played up the whole “play slow and stay fresh” way too much. Most of the season they were just going through the motions on offense. No urgency when they really needed it.
@9999JohnS@zack_cozart I noticed this too. Anthony changed the game with his challenge in the top of the 9th. In the bottom of the 9th Reds didn’t challenge two very questionable strike calls, even though they had two challenges left.
