@TMTheExperience Was excited to 'win' and put it out to my group and it's just far to expensive. Travel to London from the midlands is already expensive and then £100 a ticket for 65 mins - I was looking at a group of 8 of us - £800 for an hour, you guys must be rubbing your hands together

@virginmedia your chat function is awful.I've been on it since 09.00. Someone responded at 11.00. I was kicked out. I logged back in, started process again only to be kicked out again. At 13.19 I was told 16 min wait. It's now 5.14 pm and I'm still waiting. #cancelling

@fredsirieix1 @DirectLine Mine went up by 40% (diff company) but I couldn't actually get cheaper ( did manage to knock £50 off quote with a call....not sure why I needed to call them to do that though). I did look at Direct Line as well but they were double my new quote!! Not sure how anyone affords them.
