近接した領域や、同じ分野でも上流下流でテクニカルな知識や業務の進め方が異なる。とは言え、（出来レース以外においては）応募TORに全くハマる候補者ばかりではないので、いかに２番目に良いアプリケーションを作り込み、その先の筆記試験や面接で1位で抜けるかが重要だと思う。

最近採用に関わる機会が増えてきたのでメモ：書類選考→1番良いCVは、その機関で既にTORと同等の経験を有しているもの、２番目に良いCVは、違う機関での経験であってもTOR同等の経験があり、しっかり業務してもらえそうというもの、1番良くなかったのは、同じセクターでの経験は豊富でも、求めている

TORと離れていること。求めているポストよりもっと上流の経験をしており、きっとこのポストも出来るんだろうけど、他との相対評価では、書類でごめんなさいになる。overqualifiedというよりは、求めている細分化したセクターでの知識・経験まで見ていくと、他の適任者がいたということかな。

南アジアに来て早5ヶ月。仏語圏アフリカに6.5年居たせいか、まだ今いる国の文化や風習、気候に慣れない。ただ、国民性と食事にはすぐに慣れた←ここはアフリカで時間かかった。もうすこしeasy goingで行こうかな！
