WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Most men die before their wives. Pay close attention.
It is not natural, destiny, or genetics.
Most men are slowly killing themselves, and nobody talks about it.
From the day a man becomes a husband, he becomes:
A provider.
A protector.
A problem solver.
But he stops being a human being.
He carries pressure silently.
He carries stress as if it is normal.
He carries fear as if it is a responsibility and never releases it.
Society has trained men to believe that a real man does not complain.
So what does he do?
He drinks.
He smokes.
He eats rubbish.
He sleeps late.
He wakes up early.
He walks like a slave.
He keeps telling himself, “I am fine.”
But deep inside, he is breaking.
Men die early because they are constantly in survival mode.
They deal with:
Bills.
Rent.
School fees.
Family expectations.
Work pressure.
Business stress.
Debt.
The worst part is that when a man is stressed, nobody asks him how he is doing.
They only ask one question: “Have you solved it?”
Nobody cares about:
His mental health.
His emotions.
Whether he is exhausted.
Because men are not loved for who they are.
Make no mistake: men are loved for what they can provide.
So a man keeps pushing until his body collapses:
High blood pressure.
Heart attack.
Stroke.
Kidney failure.
Then people say, “Ha! It was God’s time.”
No, it is not.
It was stress.
It was pressure.
It was years of carrying the world on his head without rest..
Let’s also talk about marriage itself.
Many men today are living with women who drain them emotionally.
They experience:
Nagging.
No peace.
No respect.
No appreciation.
Arguments every day.
Tension every day.
A man comes back from war outside, only to enter another war inside his own house.
That kind of stress kills faster than bullets.
The painful truth is that many men today do not even know how to take care of themselves.
They:
Ignore checkups.
Ignore symptoms.
Ignore warning signs.
Men are proud.
A woman will go to the hospital quickly.
But a man will say, “It is nothing,” until it becomes something.
Men die early because they are taught to be strong, but never taught to be healthy.
They are taught to provide, but not taught to rest.
They are taught to protect everyone, but nobody protects them.
That is why most men die before their wives:
Not because men are weak.
But because men are carrying too much pressure alone.
And they pretend it does not affect them.
If you are a man and you are listening to this:
Stop acting like you are invisible.
Your body is not a machine.
Sleep.
Eat well.
Train.
Go for checkups.
Reduce stress.
Most importantly, create a life where you have peace.
Peace is non-negotiable.
A man without peace is a man walking towards an early grave.

Here is a man who built his wealth not through shortcuts, fake miracles or empty promises, but through hard work, discipline and a clear understanding that progress comes from using your mind, not outsourcing your life to prophets and fantasies.

Dear Lord,
Today, I come before You with an open heart, ready to exchange my worries for Your unfailing peace. In times of doubt and confusion, I seek Your redirection. Illuminate my path, dispel my fears. Redirect my steps towards purpose and clarity. Grant me wisdom to embrace change, courage to let go, and faith to trust Your perfect plan. In Jesus’ name. Amen🙏🏾
It is difficult to understand or explain how the very same MPs who yesterday voted yes to the Finance Bill 2024 are today clapping as President Ruto refuses to sign the same into law.
Dear Lord,
Today, I declare that every weapon pointed at me will misfire in this season. Shake off the arm of the sniper so that his aim is off. I speak peace and prosperity into my life. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. It’s my turn to level up. In JESUS NAME! Amen🙏🏾
