Fat Joe looked these niggas dead in their faces and told them that HE’S the blackest nigga they ever seen in their lives 😭😭😭 Turn them fcking mics off we don’t wanna hear it
OFFENSIVE HOLDING accounts for 20.7% of overall penalties assessed in 2026, slightly above avgs of recent seasons
However, the Scott Novak & Alex Moore officiating crews account for an historically disproportionately high % of these calls through 4 weeks
The two crews have controlled 8 games total (12.5% of games played so far) yet account for 25% of OFFENSIVE HOLDING penalties assessed in the 2026 #NFL season
In raw numbers they have called 49 of the 199 offensive holding penalties
In per game avg for offensive holding
1. Scott Novak - 6.50
2. Alex Moore - 5.75
I cannot find an example this century where two crews account for such a high percentage of the leagues overall OFFENSIVE HOLDING penalties, nor have that high a per game avg over a four game sample size
Statistically, its impossible this continues for much longer
For the time being, whoever gets Novak or Moore assigned to games in upcoming weeks has their work cut out for them unless @NFLOfficiating gives them an ultimatum to ease up on these calls
The flags are FLYING in the NFL this season 🚩
The NFL has seen the most accepted penalties through Week 4 since play-by-play data became available in 1978.
Week 4 alone had 271 accepted penalties, the 2nd most in any week over that span.
I’m tired of referees showing up to the stadium with MAIN CHARACTER energy. 😂
Throwing penalties on Vrabel like you’re giving a basketball coach a tech, dropping “F” bombs on one of the league’s best tight ends, then barking up the wrong tree in Minnesota…
I’m with Eric Wilson on this one. At this point, I can’t do anything but laugh. 😂

NFL Officiating has reached an all-time low this year. We’ve got refs getting in players faces for being blocked into them, refs telling players “F You”, penalties being called every other play in every game. This is as bad as I’ve ever remembered seeing it
There is growing anger around the NFL over the current state of officiating.
After speaking with multiple coaches and executives around the league:
• “What happened Sunday was an embarrassment for football.”
• “Some of these refs are making it about themselves.”
• “It’s bullshit that there’s no accountability.”
• “We are playing with dangerous waters with the way officiating is going right now.”
The anger is not just related to the Trey McBride and Eric Wilson incidents that resulted in referee suspensions.
The frustration is only amplified by the fact that coaches and executives know they can’t publicly say much without risking league backlash and potential fines.
if you watched the NFL and thought something didn't feel right, you're not alone:
#1 most flags in over a decade
thru 4 weeks, refs are impacting the most CRITICAL moments of games most:
#1 most red zone penalties per game by offenses in history
#1 most penalties on 3rd/4th downs in the second half of games in history
and 17 touchdowns nullified by penalty! (vs only 5 in 2025 & 4 in 2024)
Refs are impacting the most important moments of games unlike we've ever seen before in the NFL, and even some of the coaches are speaking up

If you’re going to cut Ke’Shawn Williams after the Pitt game and then continue to let Jordan Battle play football for your team I cannot take you seriously as an organization
