1.I’ve been trying to recover my locked account for 8+ hours, and I keep getting rejected by a bot. My account was locked after I tried to change the email. When I contact support and provide the affected account, I’m asked to explain the issue to verify ownership.

2. No matter what I provide, the bot says it “can’t determine that I’m the real owner” and the chat gets stuck.I have order IDs from years ago and plenty of information proving I’m the owner. I’ve tried contacting support through multiple accounts
