We need to talk about the connection between #ADHD and shameful body things. Because SO MANY PEOPLE I know with ADHD do or have in the past struggled with body things that are Embarrassing or Shameful. I mean, rotten-teeth, infected-picked-wound, real-bad-yeast-infection stuff.
I'm a little proud, we've rearranged the dressing room and prepared everything for the May Festival and we can go straight into the garden now and eat some fruits 🍓🍉🫐

Remember: the people who abused, bullied or neglected you don't have the spine or the stomach to do the kind of recovery work you're doing right now.
You are a f*cking rock star & they can't even afford tickets to your concert.
Let 'em go. Being "them" is its own punishment.
I hate this hate among collectives..
We have a collective in our area that calls all other collectives "fake" and presents itself as the "only true traumagenic collective" and I'm just tired
i mean why is it important and why do you have to fight with everyone?

Switches vs "Shifts"
Switching is going from one identity state to another. They're usually distinct and different. They have a unique sense of self.
"Shifts" involve a change in behavior, emotion, perceptions, etc, while staying within one sense of self

I hate it when people ask me what I've been doing all day.
Suddenly it was evening, I was standing in a shop and I have no idea what happened to the day or how I got there.

I wholeheartedly believe that people with DID or other mental issues need therapy and it helps.
However, therapy is hell, trauma inducing, mentally & physically & spiritually draining. Therapy is a commitment to relive the worst while thriving for normalcy.
It hurts.
