To promote the development of Web3 and virtual assets in Hong Kong, the HKSAR Legislative Council recently established a Subcommittee on Web3 and Virtual Asset Development. My office seeks to gather insights from the global Web3 industry, propose policy recommendations, and discuss the future direction of the industry in Hong Kong. I welcome feedback from the global Web3 industry builders on the following topics to help position Hong Kong as a global Web3hub:

1. How to balance and promote the basic technology, legal, and regulatory framework of Web3;
2. How to cooperate with the nation to position Hong Kong as an international Web3 hub;
3. The integrated development of artificial intelligence and Web3 technology and the improvement of AI regulatory systems;
4. Policy and regulatory recommendations for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to support and regulate the healthy development of DAOs in Hong Kong;
5. How to cultivate and attract Web3 technology and financial innovation talents;

### Virtual Asset Aspects:

6. Recommendations for measures conducive to the development of the virtual asset industry;

8. Potential application scenarios and risks of stablecoins in Hong Kong, and regulatory systems that ensure financial stability without stifling innovation;
9. Exploring the demand for professional custody services due to the rise of virtual assets in Hong Kong and researching corresponding custody methods and regulatory measures.
