🔸让伊朗“回到石器时代”，美国会用 EMP 武器

美国一定会创造条件，在伊朗使用这种 EMP 武器。因为 EMP 绝对足够具备杀伤力，可以直接导致“核平”。
EMP 可以将所有带有硅的电子设备，全部摧毁。说形象一些，就是把硅结晶直接打回成沙子。那时候，所有的通讯、电网、银行系统、导弹系统……绝对都被彻底摧毁。
但 EMP 对人没有任何伤害，造成的人道灾害要比原子弹小多了。

🔸 中俄也在搞 EMP，但它们没有能力对美国使用

中共和俄罗斯也在搞 EMP，但它们是通过核爆产生 EMP；而美国的是「非核电磁脉冲」。
EMP 的释放方式，主要是两种：➊ 导弹携带；➋ 战斗机或轰炸机空投。所以必须得有制空权。
中共没有能力对美国使用 EMP，因为，一是中共没有美国的制空权；二是中共的导弹很难打到美国。所以2023年中共间谍气球飞到美国的时候，美国方面当时很紧张，直接问路德先生和闫博士，中共会不会在气球上加 EMP？因为如果中共用高空气球释放 EMP 的话，美国至少会有某个州或十几个城市会回到石器时代，那样的话至少得要5-10年才能恢复。

🔸美国一定要展示下 EMP 的威力，也是为了推进国内立法

现在美国立法对于 EMP 的防护很不重视，已经推动了十几二十年，但很难推进。
对 EMP 的防护，其实就是要加足够的绝缘层。美国军方在这方面很重视，屏蔽、防护工作做得很好，但是在民间很难推广，因为在法律上没有强制，但 EMP 的防护又是一个很大的产业，很有前景。对于 EMP 的防御，世界上所有国家的民间都没做，都仅限于军方。
美国的 EMP 绝对是全世界最先进的，所以美国一定要在伊朗展示下 EMP 的威力，这样才能催生美国的国内立法，未来民间的各种用电设备都需要加上 EMP 防护，这是一个极大的产业。

🔸 使用“非核 EMP”美国在理论、法律和道义上都完全没问题

首先，非核 EMP 不会对人造成伤害；
其次，如果用非核 EMP，又是精准打击，而不是大范围无差别打击的话，不会有任何问题。如果是核爆产生的 EMP 就是大范围、无差别的。
美国用的是战术非核 EMP，完全没问题，因为可以迅速结束战争。
美国有这个理论和实践，向日本投放的两枚原子弹迅速结束了二战，让美国少牺牲了几百万上千万人，而且最终日本越来越好，没有走向极端，同时也没有被苏联统治、占领。美国的理论是，��你要结束一个疯狂残暴并仍心存幻想，把所有老百姓绑架成炮灰的邪恶力量时，你必须得出这种招。
所以，川普现在就是在创造、酝酿使用条件。
