Two Presidential candidates.
• One is begging you to dig out/release any dirt you have on him.. & he’ll stop campaigning.
• The other is begging you not to.
But full grown adults want to convince you that the one with everything to hide is better than the one with nothing to hide.
I just found this beautiful Bible verse : MALACHI 3:10, The Bible say "I will pour out so much blessings that there will not be room enough to store it " This shall be your testimony..
Personal terms may be agreed, but this is where Chelsea hold the cards. There’s still no club-to-club agreement.
If I’m Chelsea, I’m offering Lamine Camara whatever he wants and paying Monaco whatever they demand to get Lamine Camara immediately.
That sends Enzo a clear message: while you’re planning to leave, Chelsea are already planning for life without you.
Then demand £150m from Man City for Enzo. I know City would find that difficult to meet, but that’s the point, make it difficult for both Enzo and City.
Chelsea are and should be in control here, not Enzo Fernandez or Manchester City
Myles Garrett jumped 41 inches at the NFL combine weighing 272 pounds. A seated box jump is harder than that, and the reason is buried in your tendons.
A normal jump starts with a dip. That dip stretches your Achilles and patellar tendons like rubber bands, and the recoil hands you 10 to 20 percent of your jump height for free. Sports scientists call it the stretch-shortening cycle. Every jump you've ever done used it.
Sit on a bench first and the rubber band goes slack. All that stored energy disappears. Every inch now has to come from muscle contracting off a dead stop, the hardest way a human body can produce force.
Now do it at 272 pounds.
The estimated peak output on a jump like this runs somewhere near 9,000 watts. A standard American wall circuit tops out around 1,800. He's putting out five household circuits of power for about a third of a second, seated, with zero wind-up.
Which is exactly why edge rushers train it. A snap is also a dead start. Garrett can't dip or lean before the ball moves without drawing a flag, so his entire job is generating maximum force from zero. The seated jump strips everything away until it tests only that.
Tackles already know he's strong. The problem is he's strong from a standstill, and football only ever starts from a standstill.
🚨🔵 It was never them.
Palmer himself said Reece James wouldn't sign his new deal without speaking to the owners and directors first. Caicedo did the same, using his position to get assurances before committing his future.
You can't ask for change, get it, and then still walk out the door.
So the idea that Enzo and Cucurella were the ones driving this project makes no sense when the two players who actually stayed and fought for change are the same two everyone wants to write out of the story.
And if you really loved this club, why leave for a manager who walked out on us mid-season and caused real harm on his way out? 🔵
Selling World class players to our direct rivals will never make sense to me but then again I think a big club is what a player of this caliber deserves
