@MrTomMcDermott 85 million and those reported wages I really don’t think he’s worth anywhere near it. It was the right choice to pivot. I’d rather try for Scott or Baleba for similar price and get some unknown gem from other leagues
@StretfordPaddck Probably some legal stuff …like I don’t think clubs can randomly reject agreed deals without cause and they probably are waiting for some reports before officially informing Atalanta.also this would help us sign other players quicker since we can say we already have signed 2 cms
@UTDNoush I think they are negotiating or trying to negotiate with West Ham through the agent. The club is going through a change of ownership so maybe there isn’t really much of a structure left to actually deal with directly. At least that’s what I feel
@barca1899stats Their entire point is that there is no reason for a player to cover his mouth if he is saying something that’s not offensive they are doing it to save themselves when they say something offensive. Yes it’s harsh but if that keeps racial abuse out of the game then it’s necessary
@ReadItSaidIt I really don’t think so.I see you are trying the “selling the project to the player” thing but that isn’t the issue here it’s the fact that the financials involved don’t look good. That’s always up to Wilcox and co not the manager
@UTDPsalm Depay didn’t really fit into the system and neither did Donny or Zirkzee. Malacia and Weghorst were just bad signings to begin with. It’s more about the profile of the players we bought and the type of football we played than the country.
@ZaidBalll Okay why does it have to be a premium signing?? Wouldn’t it be good for us if we get good player for a lesser fee so we can cover more positions?? Berge might not be that but doesn’t mean just because we are buying him for less money he becomes a useless player
@analyzingfutbol Even if we ignore the wages the of fields issues aren’t something to ignore. Plus I think it actually benefits him to move since there won’t be such media scrutiny on him if he leaves England that could help him. They can arrange a testimonial match but that’s the max he’d get tbh
@tiredddshre Yes the club gave him the contract but he didn’t help his situation did he. He had a really bad seasons and then there were the missing training and partying issues as well. And he asked “a new challenge”. He didn’t start it but he didn’t help his cause either
@UtdMaI There isn’t any conversation that needs to happen. Team didn’t suit his style and he was arrogant enough not to change it and got sacked. That’s it there’s nothing more to it
@Leumaswazhere2 Also I don’t understand how people keep forgetting all the shitty deals we did post SAF. We paid huge amounts and wages for players and look where it got us. If we finally decide to change that isn’t that supposed to be good ??
@UTDPatron I don’t think they could do that anyway. Like they would have to declare that amount in the financial year end reports anyway so we could’ve know about that in max a month maybe
@Moon_AGD Maybe it’s the recency thing ….like most young fans online now would’ve seen the 08 side in the highlights alone and not while they were playing that’s …that’s why the comparisons with PSG than with ourselves
@DpPoojian All the people you’ve mentioned can only suggest what needs to be done it’s always up to the captain to make the calls and take the decisions. If you don’t realise that then you are the fool.
@iceColdLights Those are two different things. Amorim made a lot of mistakes but this guy in goal didn’t do us or the manager any favours tbh. I’ve honestly seen academy keepers react quicker than him.
