I was hoping to resolve it amicably and was patient for the last 5 days but I don't think anyone from @amazonIN cares about the customers(if this is the state for a prime customer, think about someone who doesn't have a prime account?!).
After booking a no-baggage ticket by error, I was forced by @etihad to pay an amount equal to my ticket price to check a bag in. The staff were unhelpful, rude. No response to emails requesting a conversation about refunding what was extorted from me. @EtihadHelp@aaichnairport
