@jillsirisompan @RichardBarrow Didn’t receive my pass one day before departure. Phone number was not working, tried Line, messenger, basically every number or email adres I could find. I found a phone number in the Thai Consular app, rang it up and and a lovely lady got me sorted out in 30 min. Good luck
