Hi, This is about an extremely disappointing experience with an order placed last night.

I ordered 7 items through Swiggy from Kunal Icon, Pimple Saudagar.

I received ONLY ONE ITEM

The remaining 6 paid items were missing.

It is a customer grievance and service-quality issue.

I expect a proper written response from your grievance/senior escalation team, not another automated “your request cannot be claimed” response.

I paid for 7 items. I received 1 initially. I shouldn’t have had to fight for the remaining 6.

Please investigate what happened, address the conduct involved, and provide a fair resolution.
