I’ve scheduled a rental return pickup (Order: RTN4010651883) on 1 June, but the earliest pickup date given is 11 June. I already vacated my rented flat on 1 June and have repeatedly requested an earlier pickup, but there has been no resolution from customer support.
Extremely disappointed with @IDFCFIRSTBank. Interest charges were applied without any prior notification, and now they’re offering only 50% reversal as a “goodwill gesture” for their own lapse. Customers shouldn’t pay for a bank’s communication failure. This feels like rippingoff
@officialepfo what's the use of these certificates. The organization is shit itself. Claim rejected so many times. In the era of digitalization they need fucking passbook with printed name on it. Bank statement and cancelled cheque is not enough. Useless certificate useless people
