@ManVsTrain @GWRHelp They will claim it is about fuel savings & CO2 emissions which is good. But if a train is full of stagnant air, uncomfortable & unsafe, then people won't use them & travel by car, so what's the point. Will they (@GWRHelp) answer my questions about windows and cleaners?
