1.5 hours- the AC stopped
30 mins- the passengers turned angsty and the crew returned with "please be polite line"
15 mins since they said, we will get back

there is no warning, no email, no violation that we know of, suddenly the account vanishes, we have a few backup accounts by which our perf can be at same level within 48 hrs but its just too sad to see this happening with the most important channel for d2c ecosystem!
@tataplayfiber can you please resolve or at least give a TaT for the complaint raised C-5481665822. Every call and message comes back with executive will call you in 2 hours and the call has never come. Your local rep to the society isn't responding either
