Our Legal Cell for All India Doctors has approached the Supreme Court seeking greater transparency in NEET-PG counselling. If the matter is admitted and the Hon’ble Court directs a detailed examination of the counselling process and its underlying data, it could potentially bring greater clarity to several aspects that have so far remained unclear.

Transparency should not be something we seek only after questions are raised.

It should be built into the system from the very beginning.
The aspirants deserve transparency.

1) Q-IDs & chosen Option IDs emailed right after the exam,
and
2) Official answer keys with questions and answers released.
