Won’t be buying anything @rubbermaid again. TERRIBLE customer service! Product is missing pieces and can’t be used as is. Have contacted them twice in the last two weeks and no response. If customers aren’t worth their time, their products aren’t worth mine.

@Nextdoor posted about an act of racism in my community (public use of the n-word) and it was removed. No notification why, so I would love to know? Assuming it was flagged by one of the several racist commenters. Just know you’re on the wrong side of bigotry here. Nice work 🙄

Still no follow up from @AskPayPal on my DM that they request. Tried their message bot too and was told they would contact me via email or a “real” rep would reply and then I just got left on read and no email, so really killer service here 🙄.

@AskPayPal @AskPayPal Just did. Now let’s see if they actually do anything or if this is just another bot designed to help a company appear helpful while actual doing nothing to serve its customers. Hoping for the first, but will update with news to help others dealing with this scam.
