Tired all the time? “You’re a mother, it’s normal.”
Gaining weight? “Shaadi ke baad hota hai.”
Hair falling? “Stress hai.”
Periods irregular? “It’ll fix itself.”
Mood swings? “Tum overreact karti ho.”

She’s been dismissed at every stage by every person she trusted - family, friends, and doctors.
Meanwhile her body has been screaming for years.

Here’s what nobody told her:

1. One blood test would’ve caught all of this.
Iron. B12. D3. Thyroid. Fasting insulin. Hormones. Most Indian women have never had a full panel done in their life. They find out something’s wrong only when they can’t conceive or collapse. Everything before that was “it’s normal.”

2.Eating less made it worse.
Her first instinct was to cut calories. 1,200. 1,000. The less she ate, the more her insulin resistance worsened. The more muscle she lost. The slower her metabolism got. Nobody told her the problem was never how much she was eating - it was WHAT.

3.She eats 3 meals a day and is still malnourished.
Roti. Sabzi. Dal. Rice. Stomach full. Body running on 15g protein when it needs 60-80g. Iron deficient. B12 gone. D3 non-existent. Indian women aren’t undereating. They’re eating nothing their body can actually build with.

4. In India, women’s health is treated only when it becomes a fertility problem.
PCOS at 19 - birth control. Thyroid at 26 - a pill. Hair loss at 28 - a serum. Nobody investigates. Nobody connects. Then at 30 she can’t conceive and suddenly it’s urgent. The system only cares about her body when someone else needs it.
