My ABSA card was this morning hacked...BOLT in EU.

I have reported to the bank and the card is now blocked.

The inconvenience of now waiting for a replacement and filling a dispute form.

The funny thing, my card is not linked to BOLT...@AbsaKenya.

How ABSA systems does not detect this fraud at some point shows that customers are always at risk. Guys be careful. Always be aware of suspicious transactions.

I really held you in high regard and always digested your analysis of business and economic matters. This particular comment surprised me. The comments by others here understand you imply other community as 'Somalis'.

Let us avoid whipping tribal sentiments now. The head of KRA is a professional Kenyan who has worked with big organisations. He happens to be a Kenyan of Somali ethnicity. Is it a crime to be a Somali?

The scenes in Homa Bay today carry an unsettling echo of the 2007/2008 post‑election violence. When people are found carrying machetes, every arm of the security apparatus must treat it with the seriousness it deserves — and citizens must refuse to let this culture take root again.

We are still a year away from the General Election, yet people are already turning on each other. Kofi Annan is not here to broker peace this time. We must stop this madness ourselves.

Any leader arming youths or inciting violence should be arrested and charged. I lived through 2008, and I pray Kenya never walks that path again.
