@hirawastiahmed It’s funny you say ice water; that’s how they had us “practice” for labor in the childbirth class I took a few years ago. And “breathing” through panic attacks feels as tough as breathing through labor and delivery.

Does anyone know how to survive a panic attack besides “just breathing” because I find that breathing is impossible when you can’t take a breath but that’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️
