Approximately 19 hours ago, at 3:30 AM PST, my Game of Thrones: Conquest keep was compromised. To those familiar with the game: My keep name is ξᵍᵍ and I play in kingdom 1639.

A malicious actor accessed the Facebook account linked to my keep, and within under an hour, they managed to lock me out and steal the account.
They made ten $1 purchases, submitted them in a support ticket, and in less than 60 minutes, WB Games support facilitated a full transfer of ownership — handing my account over to the thief.

Let me be very clear:
I’ve spent over two years building this keep, and I’ve invested a six-figure sum (USD) into this game.
And yet, Warner Bros. allowed a stranger to steal my account in under an hour by spending ten dollars and filing a single support ticket.

The moment I realized I had been locked out, I submitted my own support ticket with 20+ screenshots of purchase history, battle reports, and internal account info — proof that I am the rightful owner.
WB’s response?
They refused to restore my account unless I could provide the 10 most recent receipts — the ones made by the perpetrator, which I obviously don’t have.
I also cannot generate 10 new receipts because I am locked out of the account.
Since then, I’ve submitted six additional responses to the same ticket thread — and it’s now been over 12 hours with no reply.
It took them 30 minutes to give my account away. But when the rightful owner tries to reclaim it? Silence.

This is why I’m making this public.
Because the lack of security and complete disregard for customers is staggering.
There appears to be no real process to recover your stolen account. There is no protection for the time, money, and passion players invest.

Members of the GoT:C community have stood with me in the official Discord to raise awareness. But WB Support has remained silent.
There is no urgency. No accountability. No integrity in how this situation has been handled.
To my fellow players: Please take this as a warning.
Everything you’ve built and paid for can be taken from you in minutes, and WB will do nothing to protect or restore it.
Do not make the same mistake I did — don’t invest in a game where your account can be stolen this easily, with zero recourse.

To WB: I await your response. This is not just data.
It’s two years of time, and over $100,000 of real investment.
And I will not stand by while it disappears in silence.
