@OpenAI I've now filed a formal complaint with Portugal's data protection authority CNPD since I know I'm not a criminal. I just want to know what happened and have my account back. I was a Pro plan paid user, using GPT for professional purposes mainly. Can anyone help?

So...my ChatGPT account was permanently banned a couple months ago for a serious policy violation with zero explanation. I have no idea what triggered it. I appealed twice. Both rejected with no details. @OpenAI

@OpenAI I emailed [email protected] invoking my GDPR rights asking what content was flagged and whether it was an automated decision. And then, silence... The 30-day legal deadline passed with no substantive response.

Or maybe just to explore UI/UX limits? This is clearly experimental, yes it looks good and definitely should be applied somewhere.

@WorldDarkWeb A driver once did this to me when I was on my way to the hospital to check on a family member who’d just had a motorcycle accident. I had my hazard lights on the whole time. I was honking too. My relative ended up not surviving. So just let them pass and move on with your life.

@Marks_Tech Craaaazy! And I am an iPhone user. Can you use the same photo on both phones? That would be more accurate. Even slight differences due to perspective may affect the end result.
