@meccaofbanter @stlsoccerguy @remroya I understand it as well, we are early in our existence and utilizing familiarity (like how we have 4 players from the same U19 German team lol) speeds up our progress. He is capable though, he scouted Firmino while at Hoffenheim. I want him to find THAT type of player for us.

@meccaofbanter @stlsoccerguy @remroya I love Lutz and his networking has been invaluable to the start we have had. The business with Hartel/Teuchert/etc in the summer was phenomenal. My personal gripe is not targeting young SA players to flip for a profit, which has been proven successful by other MLS clubs.

Why aren’t we trying to flip a young South American like other clubs have done successfully? Why don’t we have a prominent black player in a city that is 50% black, why not push that market?
