Amazon and vendor ShopX sold an old(Dead At Purchase) and damaged RealMe GT Master phone as a"new phone". Despite following up since 3 months with customer support, there is no resolution for refund or replacement.

@AmazonHelp Yes I had contacted them earlier.
Had gotten in touch with the customer care executive via the link shared. However despite sharing the order number and all other details of documents, the executive had no idea about what the issue was. Have repeated the story multiple times.
@AmazonHelp I connected with Amazon Help, after my previous post...and have been in touch with specific representatives as well...there is no resolution. Due to this I have been forced to reveal everything here again on social media.

My past trips in 2022 are not reflecting in my account "Suchitra Sub". Customer support person mentioned that this is due to duplicate accounts. I was told that the accounts will be merged. Waiting for a resolution since December 2022.
