@HiveHelper first you removed the payment method from my acct with no notification. I’ve tried adding 4 different cards & your website showed an error for every one. I called your customer service team who assured me they’d fixed this but have still had a ‘payment failed’ email.

You had no issue taking a £1 hold from the card so it’s clearly not a problem on my end. This is your failure, yet you continue to email me threatening to cancel my service. Not okay. @HiveHelper

Every morning when I’ve just about convinced myself to get up and go for a run, the dog makes herself comfortable in bed with her head on my chest / arm / leg, and that’s me never exercising again for the next 10-12 years.
