@CrossCountryUK this train from Worcestershire parkway was shown as running up until gone 7am this morning. Within 20 mins of driving to the station it was cancelled with this message. It would help commuters relying on this service to know first thing and make alt plans.

@CrossCountryUK I’ve had to use Trainline. Can you raise this as an issue with your app though? Your old app used to do the day return option. To me this is a fault in the app. Other train service apps have this option. Thanks.

@CrossCountryUK how do you buy a day return ticket on your app? It only seems to allow open return or selecting a specific return time. Trainline allows day return option. Your old app used to allow it.

@CrossCountryUK the new app doesn’t allow you to buy a day return ticket. It only allows open returns which are more expensive. I have to buy the ticket from a ticket kiosk.

@CrossCountryUK the 753 train from Worcestershire parkway has just gone straight through without stopping! It is bad enough you lot have removed the 737 morning train and today again cancelled the 814 but to have a train ignore the stop is pretty poor.

@J_Munslow @CrossCountryUK No response apart from acknowledging my complaint. I’ve messaged the Worcester MP too but no response from him. I suggest more people complain about this. Utterly ridiculous there no early service from this station.

@CrossCountryUK why is the 0737 train from Worcestershire parkway being stopped from running? I commute to Birmingham and this train is the only one in the morning to get you into Birmingham in time to get to the office. 814 now is borderline to get you into Birmingham on time.

@tomcollinsworcs can I raise an issue with the reduced rail service from Worcestershire Parkway for Birmingham commuters. Heard today at the station they are no longer running the daily 0737 train and now the only morning train to get you to Birmingham is the 814.

@greateranglia just waited at Harlow Town to allow a Stansted Express train that was late to come through. Are the people who paid for a Stansted Express train ticket superior to the rest of us who live in this country and pay our way and pay for the price of a train ticket?

@AffinityWater I logged a report for a water leak at the top of lower sheering road that joins Sawbridgeworth Road. I was surprised that the report was closed saying no leak found. The water is gushing out of a hole in the road and streaming down the road. How can that be missed?

@HastingsDirect how do I cancel my car insurance on the app? Your phone number is refusing to accept any more calls. I need to cancel it as your renewal is ridiculous. Your app should have the option. We shouldn’t have to make phone calls to numbers that don’t accept calls!

@AppleMusic and you can’t reorder tracks in a playlist either. Did you bother testing this app before trying to convince people to switch from iTunes?

@AppleMusic there is no import option in Apple Music windows app to import a CD. The instructions in your site say there is. I switched from iTunes app and am now stuck importing CDs.

@AppleSupport iTunes Extras from films no longer available on Apple TV app. Still works on the iPad as the app hasn’t updated but on my iPhone 12 fully up to date the extras never show up while watching landscape. I watch on my broadband too. What is the fix for this? Thanks.

@AffinityWater Hi there is a leak at The Gatehouse, Great Hyde Hall, North Cottage, Hatfield Heath Road, Sawbridgeworth, CM21 9HZ. This has been reported twice but one is closed off and the other will be closed on 16th. Water is continuously pouring down the road. Please check.
