I’m a Christian, wife, mom to three, teacher at a local high school for homeschoolers, homeschool coach, and former novelist and children’s book author.
@hyeyunie Because everyone’s perception of reality is different. She was parenting the way she thought she was supposed to, or was entitled to, or whatever, but to you it felt mean. Either that, or she’s lying and just doesn’t want to admit that she was mean.
@Riflh97@JoelWBerry In the gospels, Jesus said there are many who will call him Lord but He will say of them, “I do not know you.” Judge Christianity on scripture, not on people who claim to be Christians. Someone calling themselves a Christian doesn’t mean they actually are.
@prayandfast2 We don’t hate Mary. We don’t agree w the idea that she was anything other than a human being like every other human being & that she is now dead like every other human being who has died & is thus unable to hear or intercede or do anything else. Believing reality isn’t hateful.
@prayandfast2 Regardless of whether or not this is true, it does not elevate Mary beyond being counted among the many human beings whom God used and worked through to accomplish his will.
@courtneyellis It depends on where I am and how much of the day is left. Usually 20% is when I get concerned, but if it’s 20% at 9 o’clock at night and I’m home it’s not a problem, whereas 20% at 9 PM when I’m nowhere near home and I don’t have access to a charger is a huge problem!
@luinalaska How did he get it without his fiancée? Didn’t they both have to be there to sign it? Man, he’s really lucky he wasn’t in California, you both have to have a blood test there first, too!
